History at Army / Navy 2022

Not only was History made during the Army vs. Navy Game on December 10, 2022 but History graced the game as well. Warrior wishes was honored to host 103 guest at the game including 9 legends from WWII.  Anyone that was made aware of these 9 gentlemen that helped save the world wanted to meet them and show their respect. They even received a salute from an active duty Army Ranger Colonel.

I think everyone will agree that it was an great overtime even if the ending was not what some of us wanted. I overhead a young Army Cadet say on my out of the stadium, “There is nothing like going to a football game with almost 100,00 of your closest friends.” I think she pretty much nailed it.

Not enough praise can go out to the Philadelphia Fire Department, Police Department and Homeland Security for their respect, dignity and going above and beyond for our WWII veterans and the Philadelphia Eagles staff.

Thank you to all of our Volunteers that put in hundreds of hours of time, our sponsors for their generous donations, and most of all our Veterans because with their sacrifices we would be nothing.

It was a pleasure and an honor to host Navy Veteran Gunners Mate David Pruden and his wife last night at the Vikings game at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Bethany, his hospice nurse

We were very happy to provide not only that ,but also a hotel for the night ,THANKS to Phil at Courtyard Marriott, a delicious lunch at TownHall Brewery THANKS to Dan and a Fire Truck escort to US Bank Stadium THANKS to many firefighters at the Minneapolis Fire Dept. We also hosted a couple other heroes and Old friends – Air Force SSG Jeremy Walker who was our FIRST EVER GUEST at Viking game at Metrodome 10 years ago almost to the day, and his wife Who is still serving Stephanie Walker. It was GREAT to hang out with them again .WHAT AN AWESOME NIGHT THIS WAS! Oh yeah- there was a game too …kind of … not what any of our Viking fan warriors wanted to see … a 40-3 drubbing by the Dallas Cowboys . But despite that score, they can’t take the night away from our heroes …THANK YOU Jeremy
Stephanie and David for your service to our country !!! THANK YOU to Logan and the Vikings for tickets for Pruden’s

Warrior Wishes Come True at the Chicago Bears

Returning Army Veteran Tyler Juckett was our guest at Tonight’s Bears game and was able to bring his Dad to his first ever Bears Game. Joined by Navy Veteran  Bill Sadowski celebrating the U.S Navy’s 175th Birthday and his Wife and cancer survivor Shelly during the Crucial Catch.  Unfortunately the Bears offense was as cold as the wind off Lake Michigan but a fun night was had by all.

Thank you to our friends at Chicago Tailgate  Lorenzo, Amos and Tim for a wonderful pregame along with Special Guest Blackhawks Hall of Famer Chris Chelios.

And Most importantly Thank you to all our Veteran friends for your dedicated service and sacrifice to our great country !!
