Game 37 – Warrior Wishes Come True At Soldier Field!

As Veterans Day approaches, we want to take a moment to thank all the veterans out there who have selflessly served our country. Although Veterans Day only comes around once a year on the calendar, we treat every day like Veteran’s Day because we are thankful every day.
Having said that, we have been honored to make Warrior Wishes come true at 36 NFL games since kicking off our 2019 All32in17 mission on September 5th!
Most recently, my dad was in Oakland making wishes come true at Guy Fieri’s Grocery games and the Raiders game on Thursday night.
He personally had a rare “day off” on a Sunday because he stayed on the west coast to host warriors at the Monday night 49ers game.
But while he was enjoying the warmer weather on the west coast, we were busy making wishes come true in Chicago! Thanks to our friends at Sebern Homes and Grandview Homes we have had the opportunity to make wishes come true at every Bears home game this season!
Today we had the honor of hosting Army SPC Jason Vaughn, Army SSG Alfredo Vargas, Army SFC Jorge Cervantes and Navy E5 Charles Loungo at Soldier Field.
Our friend, Army veteran Lorenzo Amaro was celebrating his “Bear-thday” and hosted the group at his Bear Army tailgate before the game!
Jason, Alfredo and Jorge served together in Iraq and Afghanistan. We were happy to bring them together for the Bears game!
Thankfully the Bears finally snapped their 4 game losing streak and beat the Lions 20-13! Operation Warrior Wishes would like to thank Sebern Homes and Grandview Homes for helping make these wishes come true!
More importantly, we would like to thank Jason, Alfredo, Jorge, Charles and Lorenzo for their service and sacrifices!
I We will be making wishes come true at the Hawks game later tonight and my dad will be back in action tomorrow hosting warriors at the 49ers game in San Francisco. Stay tuned for the details…
