Warrior Wishes Come True Thanks to the Milwaukee Bucks!

Since then, my dad has been able to get some well deserved rest & has been working hard to organize & coordinate future missions.
My dad has a passion unlike any other to show his appreciation to those who have served. I know he has enjoyed being home spending time with the family, especially his grandson, but I could tell he was excited to get back on the road to make more warrior wishes come true!
At 5am this morning he hopped on a train to Chicago to catch a $5 bus to Milwaukee.
We teamed up with the Milwaukee Bucks to honor Army SGT Josh Valenti for his 10 plus years of service & sacrifices.
ARMY SGT JOSH VALENTI
Josh graduated in 2003 & Served in the Ohio and Wisconsin National Guards from 02 to 04. He went active duty from June 2006 to Jun 2013 and deployed 3 times. SGT Valenti received a combat action badge from an ied explosion in Iraq on first tour & nearly lost his left hand in a construction accident on his 2nd tour to Iraq. Josh was medically retired in 2013. He is thankful to have had the love and support of his fiance Bobbie & loves being outdoors spending time with his kids.
My dad met up with Josh & his family at Chuck E Cheese’s before the game. The kids had a lot of fun playing all the games.
Everyone eventually made their way back downtown Milwaukee to the BMO Bradley Center to see the Bucks take on the Magic. New Era outfitted SGT Valenti & his family with awesome new Bucks Caps!
The Bucks organization went above & beyond by providing great seats! Sgt Valenti & his family had “the time of their lives” watching the Bucks beat the Magic in a thrilling 113-110 shootout! They even made it on the Jumbotron!!!
We would like to thank the Milwaukee Bucks for providing tickets, Chuck E Cheese’s for providing the pre game entertainment & a meal before the game & Thanks to New Era for providing the Bucks caps!
TOGETHER WE MAKE WARRIOR WISHES COME TRUE!
My dad will be spending the night at the bus station before jumping on a 7am bus back to Chicago. He will be honoring the legacy of a fallen hero at tomorrow nights Bulls game. Stay tuned for more details.
Dont forget to nominate your hero for an upcoming game on our Battlefields to Ballfields mission!
