The Marlins Honor Heroes & Help Make Warrior Wishes Come True For The 2nd Straight Day!

For the 2nd straight day, the Miami Marlins went above and beyond to make Warrior Wishes come true!

Yesterday the Marlins helped us honor the Legacies of a few fallen heroes, today they helped us honor wounded warriors; Army SGT Timothy Bosch (service dog Ranger), Army SSG Drew Inman (service dog Harley), Army SPC James Potter, Army SSG Ronald Rodriguez & Army SGT Demian Fran.

Before the game the Marlins gave the warriors a quick behind the scenes tour before taking them out on the field to meet a few players and watch batting practice.

Marlins pitcher, Mike Dunn, provided the warriors with “All for one, Dunn for all” camouflage t-shirts to wear onto the field.
The warriors were honored by the Marlins for their service & sacrifices and shown on the jumbotron before the game. They received a standing ovation from the fans in the stands.

Operation warrior wishes would like to thank Angela, Mike Dunn & the entire Marlins organizationfor helping us provide a special day for these warriors & gold star families over the past 2 days. We would also like to thank New Era for providing Marlins Caps & Hampton inn Blue lagoon for providing accommodations for a few warriors.

My dad is back in the bus tonight. He is scheduled to arrive in Orlando at around 4am which gives him a 2 hour cushion to catch his 6am bus to Atlanta. When he arrives in Atlanta, he will immediately make his way to Turner Field to make warrior wishes come true at the Braves game for our 30th game of honoring heroes in the past 28 days on our Battlefields to Ballfields mission!
